RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (POLICY)

Exchanges are only accepted for products that are in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

(03) EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product.

You may be required to provide your order number, product details, and reason for exchange.

Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange, including the return shipping address and any additional information.

Please package the item securely in its original packaging and include all original tags.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the exchange is due to a defective product or an error on our part

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you, subject to availability.

If the replacement item is not available, we may offer you an alternative item of equal value or issue a store credit
